Victoria's Golden Triangle says it all. Ninety five percent of the Worlds largest nuggets, including the Welcome Stranger weighing an amazing 2400 ozs were found within an area bounded by Bendigo, Ballarat, Stawell and Wedderburn. The "Hand of Faith" weighing 876 ozs was found by Kevin Hiller in 1980 at Kingower using a metal detector.
You will be camped out amongst Box Ironbark Forests that surround our old goldfield cities and towns and experience the excitement of prospecting some of the richest nugget producing regions in the world.
